Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code, and we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • Self check-in/check-out using the provided door code (sent by email after all payments are made; resent a week before your stay).
  • The cabin is situated on an uphill road, with gently curving, paved roads.
  • Level parking is provided for up to two vehicles.

  • Vacay Protection:

    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional damage to the property. Damages exceeding $250 or intentional damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
    • 24-hour On-Call Maintenance: Assistance is available at no additional charge.
